Using A Commercial Heat Press
Soft Jet Light Heat Transfer Papers are designed for use in all
inkjet printers for the transfer of light colored garments. Using
the latest coating technology, Soft Jet Light will lend the “softest
hand” transfer in the marketplace! Along with the fantastic
soft feel, other great features include excellent stretch ability,
durability and no need f or the extra step of trimming around
the image before transferring! Use as a hot or cold peel.
PRINTING
1. Mirror the image.
2. Load the paper so that the image will appear on the coated
side.
3. Paper should be fed into the copier or printer with the short
dimension first ( grain long)
4. Start with “plain paper” mode. Adjust to a heavier
paper setting if necessary. Do not over saturated paper.
5. There is no need to trim away the unprinted areas of the transfer.
Transferring Using A Commercial Heat Press
1. Place the transfer sheet face down on the substrate and press
25-30 sec. At 375f-400f using med. Pressure.
2. Can be peeled hot or cold
Washing Instructions
Turn garment inside out and wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
Don not use bleach. Dry on low heat setting. May be ironed on
the transferred area.
Storage and handling of Soft Jet Light Heat Transfer Papers.
Store in a cool, dry area and do not remove from carton or poly
bag until you are ready to use.
IMPORTANT:
We thoroughly test each of our products on various substrates
using different transfer equipment. However, it is impossible
for us to duplicate all variables using all substrates and transfer
equipment. Therefore, it is essential that you test the paper
prior to production using you equipment, methods, and substrate
material. Heat presses vary in accuracy. Conduct test to determine
the best time and temperature to use with your equipment. Please
keep in mind that the seller’s and Manufacturer’s
maximum obligation shall be to replace any paper that is proven
to be defective. Neither the seller nor the Manufacturer shall
be liable for any injury, direct or consequential, arising out
of the use of, or inability to use this paper.
