Shipping Policies

1. Heat transfer paper orders normally ship same business day if the order is placed by 4:00pm Central Standard Time.  All orders that are not shipped same business day usually ship next business day.  You will be notified by email if there is a problem with your order being shipped as stated above.
2. Inks & toner cartridges normally ship next business day if ordered by 4:00pm central time.
3. If you need Next Day Air or 2^nd Day Air shipping please call 1-866-285-5339 and place your order by phone before 4:00pm Central Time.
4. After 4:00pm Central Standard Time.  Same day shipping rush service is usually available depending upon the amount of shipments we are processing.  If you need this service please call us at 1-866-285-5339.  There is a $10.00 fee for this service if we have to send someone with the shipment to a UPS Drop Off.  There will be no fee if we get the order ready for shipment before UPS leaves our shipping dock.  No shipments will be processed after 4:45pm Central Standard Time.  These orders will ship next business day.

Shipping Methods

1. All orders that are placed via this website will ship UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground or US Priority Mail.  We will try to use the method that will get the order to you the fastest.
2. If you need Next Day Air or 2^nd Day Air shipping please call 1-866-285-5339 and place your order by phone before 4:00pm Central Time.
3. Heat Transfer orders of 50 sheets or more placed via our website will ship via UPS Ground.
4. Ink & Toner orders ship via Fed Ex Ground.
5. Heat Transfer Paper (8.5" x 11" only; 11" x 17" ship UPS Ground) orders of less than 50 sheets normally ships U.S. Priority Mail unless UPS Ground will get the product to you faster.

Return Policies

All sales are final unless the product is proven to be defective by Southeast Specialty Products, LLC and the manufacturer.  All returns and exchanges must be approved and authorized by Southeast Specialty Products, LLC.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  No orders will be refunded or exchanged 30 days after the date of purchase.  We ask that all of our customers properly test our products on your printers/copiers before buying bulk amounts.  Free sample packs of our heat transfer papers are available for our customers to test.  1 sample pack per product per customer.

*Always test to determine the suitability of any of the heat transfer papers, toner and inks for use in conjunction with your equipment or other products and methods. Printing characteristics and internal temperatures can change from printer to printer. The manufacturer's offer this information as guidelines in helping you determine suitability, however, the Seller's and Manufacturer's maximum obligation shall be to replace any products which has proven to be defective. Neither the Seller nor the Manufacturer of these products shall be liable for any injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use these papers.
